  • We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India.

  • If your address is outside standard delivery zones, our team will contact you to discuss alternate arrangements or additional charges before processing your order.

2. Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Customized or made-to-order products may require an extended processing period. Estimated shipping timelines for such products will be communicated during purchase.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Products: Delivery within 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Customized/Made-to-Order: Delivery timelines will be specified and vary based on production requirements.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.

  • Occasionally, free shipping promotions may be offered on select products or orders above a certain value.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details to monitor your shipment.

6. Delivery Process

  • Our logistics partners will contact you to schedule delivery, especially for large or heavy items.

  • Please ensure accurate delivery information and provide an adult (18+) to accept and inspect the order on arrival.

7. Damaged or Missing Products

  • Inspect your package at delivery. If you find damage or missing items, note this on the delivery receipt and contact us within 24 hours with photos and details.

  • We will investigate and resolve any shipping-related issues as per our refund policy.

8. International Shipping
